We as a team strive to deliver your items within the next 24 hours after you have placed your order.

Delivery costs are standard (for any other product than face masks) €3,99. Except on orders over € 75. We handle free shipping for these.

Returns

Of course it is possible you don't like the product(s) you have ordered, the product(s) do(es) not meet the expectations or there is another reason to return your product(s).

You have 14 days to return the product. In addition, you will receive the amount of money back into your account within 14 working days, if the product has been received in good condition. The return costs will be paid by us! (The shipment of a new and good product is on your costs). That means that returning products is completely free for you!

After receiving the returned product(s) in good condition the amount will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible. The other possibility is to order the right product afterwards. Please mention this in the email you send.
